Renee L. Holland Welcomes You to the Iredell County Register of Deeds!
Welcome to the Iredell County Register of Deeds’ webpage. The Register of Deeds is the custodian and manager of a large number of public records, and it is our goal to assist our customers with professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy in recording and obtaining them. Our office and online database is an archive for these records which include deeds, deeds of trust, plat maps, powers of attorney, and many other county documents dating back to the 1700s. Please browse, view, and print these records as they deem useful to you by visiting the records search page.
For convenience in helping you obtain important documents, we have two office locations, one in Statesville and the other in Mooresville. We are happy to issue certified birth and death certificates, marriage licenses, military discharges, and administer notary oaths.
It is a pleasure to serve the Iredell community, and we hope that by bringing in new technology, we can grant you quick and easy access to the information you need. If you have any questions or need assistance, please call our office at (704) 872-7468.
